Stowaway Sting Guide by Lindsay

Stowaway Sting is very similar to the classic Deckswabber. Each level consists of an 8×8 grid of crates of three different heights, and the bare dock surface. Your goal is to change the tops all of the bare crates to the color designated in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. For the first three levels this is not a problem the crate changes blue once you step on it and stays that way. However, once you hit level four landing on a crate more than once toggles the color on and off, complicating things. You have 60 seconds to complete each level, or its game over.

Just Another Neopoints Guide by Soaring_Flight

I’ve seen many NP Guides in my time at Neopets, and they can help, and I hope this’ll help too.

1: Poogle Racing. Watch a few games, see who wins most of the time, then bet some NP on the poogle that won. This may be in the games of chance section of the arcade, but it CAN be a moneymaker.

2: Deckswabber. 300 NeoPoints or more AND a Dubloon coin you can sell for over 1000 NP. Tip: Save your Dubloons for at least a day, then trade them for a Five Dubloon Coin or higher, if you perfer.

3: Super Bullseye. So ignored, yet it can get at the very most over 700 NP each game… That’ll take practice, however.

Deckswabber Play Guide

Deckswabber is one of those games which need a lot of problem solving skills but not only that, a little bit of luck. Personally, I do not think this game is any that hard, although the later levels can become quite hard but once you discover a pattern, stick to it and you should find yourself racking in those points.

So what do I mean patterns? This is what I mean. Always try to complete each stage by only touch a square once. This is done because once you do this, you will be able to pass the later stages of the game with ease (the later stages of the game requires you to jump on certain squares a certain number of times).

Deckswabber Strategy by AySz88

General

  • If the game feels like it is ignoring some of your keystrokes or is very slow, close some programs that run in the tray, like messengers and Realplayer/RealOne/RealJukebox/Gator/etc. The timer runs at the same speed no matter how fast the game runs.
  • Avoid the water as much as possible!
  • There can only be two enemies/pirates on the board at one time (or, at least, Ive never seen more than two). If something is going to appear below you and there are already two pirates on the board, it is probably going to be something harmless or something you need to get.
  • Smash those crates before they self-destruct at any cost. The tiles the box will affect are the same as the pattern on the box. See the diagrams below.
