Mmm, I've been playing around with this idea for a little while, and I wanted to know what you guys think. What's your opinion on uploading rights? Should only the admins and mods have them, older members, everyone, or what? Omail me your opinions plz~ I don't know what to do with uploading access for everyone, since some people have it, some people don't. xD

...yeah. Sorry about that guys. ;3; I could sit here and spew out excuse after excuse after excuse...but I don't think you want to hear that. And I could also sit here and repeat how sorry I am and how bad I feel for abandoning this place, but you probably don't want to hear that either. ;3;
Mmm. Anyways, I'll try to do my best to keep coming here. I tried telling Kym that we needed more mods here, but obviously that hasn't fallen through... -looks around sadly- And, sadly, I can't appoint mods myself, otherwise I'd be holding applications for that right now. BUT. I will be looking through rules, asking you guys what you think will be fair, and maybe giving some of you older patrons my e-mail so you can talk to me whenever.
Please forgive me from not being here! ;3; Life caught up, and as much as I hate to admit it, I did forget about this place. But that doesn't mean I don't still care~ 'Cause I do. A lot of my fondest memories come from here.
So from here on out, I'll be needing you guys to help make this place better, so I'll be asking for feedback from you guys on a lot of things. Will you accept me back as your admin? ;3;

Basically, I'm a huge Axis Powers Hetalia fantard, and I while I was reserching North Korea, I found out about Macau.

Her human name is Shu Fang Yue.

And excuse the Chinese if it's terrible... Google Translator is probably wrong. Heheh... smiley

So, basically, this girl right here represents Macau. Macau was a Portuguese colony, later described as a "Chinese territory under (temporary)Portuguese administration." Macau was declared a SAR (special administrative region) in 1987 during the Sino-Portuguese Joint Decleration. Chinese government assumed sovereignty over Macau in 1999.

About her personality: Despite being dubbed a "win" to Las Vegas, Nevada, Macau is quiet and shy. She practices both Chinese and Portuguese cultures (but prefers the later more) and is very smart (Macau's literacy rate is like, 93%.) But watch out! She isn't so nice and quiet when it comes to Rink Hockey! (also known as Roller Hockey)

 Done. FINALLY DONE. AFTER 2 FREAKIN YEARS I DID IT! I told you all I would finish this.

Anyways I may not be obsessed with pokemon anymore but I still think it's okay.

And I really wanted to finish this.

 Nah, we were looking for...actually, I don't remember what we were looking for. Couches? Or was it a mattress? I think it was a mattress. I didn't like many of the couches but I liked the oil paintings. Till I found out that they were duplicates (probably farmed out to Chinese art students. ;_;). There were /a lot/ of the same painting. Not printed, actual handmade copies.

 They don't hurt that much on the wrist, unless it goes over the Radius bone (which is like over the knob on your wrist).
Yeah gottaa agree with Cayy, you have to really think about your tattoos, i design them and always before i design them i make my customers decide if they really do want it.
Don't get one because it's cool at the time.

Your Valentines day sounds SO MUCH fun :]
I played violent video games, listened to music for like 12 hours straight, thought about how the person I love is probably with his girlfriend (life fail for me haha x) ) and then went to sleep. All in all it wasn't as bad as it sounds.

 Milk and Lobo. Lobo, although he's a year older than Milk, gives full submission to Milk. In fact, he always hangs out with Milk and the other girls because he thinks the boys play too rough.

Doya know Sarah and Jimmy from Ed Edd n Eddy? That's the exact relationship Milk and Lobo share as friends. In fact, Lobo is basically the red zafara equivalent of Jimmy. XDD
