The only game in Neopets where you can cheat, this game is also one of the easiest to win a trophy! This game however is based mainly on luck of the draw, but also, despite popular belief, there is a strategy to playing this game! And here, I will Endeavor to discuss them with you, and maybe on the way converse on finer points of conversation ;]

If you do not know the cheat rules as of yet, please read them on the neopets site as this guide may confuse you, apart from that, good luck!

Cheat is a very easy game, however, it does take at least 2 days to receive your first trophy (unless you play neopets 24/7) To climb the ladder off success, follow these easy steps!

Wheel of Monotony Cheats

Thanks to temporarypro and Daniel, who with their genius investigation, solved the Wheel of Montony mystery once and for all!

Knowing When the Wheel Will Stop

Open two browser windows. In the first one, go to your normal Wheel of Monotony URL and do your usual spin. Then to find out how long it’s going to take until it stops, in the other window go to http://www.neopets.com/prehistoric/monotony/wheel_mono_get_prize.phtml

On that page it will say something like “server=Our records show that the wheel hasn’t finished spinning!&timeleft=6270000”

It is saying the time left it has to spin is 6270,000. The way this works is basically there is 6270 seconds left (get rid of the last 3 0’s). It doesn’t work on the 60 seconds a minute or 60 minutes an hour it works on 100’s. So all you have to do is get your number, in this case 6270 and divide it by 60 which gives me 104.5. Therefore my wheel will approximately finish spinning in 1 hour 44 minutes and 50 seconds.

Ruins Rampage Cheats

Make the “Orange Shirt Guy” Appear

  1. Click the Scarab under the Zafara.
  2. Click the Scarab hanging on the ledge where the Blumaroo is sitting.
  3. Click on the Scarab on top of the instructions box.
  4. Click the Blumaroo’s eye.
  5. Click the Zafara’s eye.

The guard will morph into him. All of the above need to be done fairly quickly to make this cheat work. – Amadeusdigitalis

Make the Scarabs Fall Off

If you click on the Scarabs on the bottom of the screen they fall off it. This cheat doesn’t affect the game in any significant way. It is just for fun. – Time Boudreau

Weird Sounds

If you click on Horace’s left eye or Zina’s right one, they make a sound. This secret doesn’t affect the game in any significant way. It is just for fun. – Time Boudreau
