This is an RPG-ish game which allows you (Flippy) to buy weapons to drop, squirt, or throw at your enemy (Mr. Hollywood). You may choose the Easy, Normal, and Hard levels. With Easy, you can win maximum 100 NP; Normal: maximum 200 NP; Hard: maximum 300 NP.
It gives you 99 Jelly Beans to start off with (the currency of ToonTown). It also allows you to purchase your weapons (within your budget of 99 Jelly Beans). Of course, you can get lots more Jelly Beans by repeatedly clicking the link to the Toon Town website. 😛
I suggest clicking the link and closing the extra windows like crazy, then buying 15 Birthday Cakes for 50 Jelly Beans each (sounds extreme, but possible). Alternatively, you can buy some Pianos and Water Hoses, too, but the Birthday Cake does most damage.
Now we come to the battle. Select what you want to attack with (drop, squirt, or throw), then press “GO!”. When the meter goes into the green spot, press “GO!” again to attack. If you missed the green, you miss the attack.
You attack now. Then, Mr. Hollywood attacks. The tripping attack hits often, but the Razzle Dazzle seldom hits.
You eventually get closer, where if the attacks hit, they do more damage. Try not to get hit at all. I earned the maximum of 300 NP this way! – joshua_the_fox
