I live in the same general area as Lee. I live in Northern Virginia and the weather is a bit extreme in both directions. During the winter it’s quite cold (usually under 40-45 degrees during the day). The summer is quite hot and humid during the summer usually 95-100 degrees and about 95% humidity from May to beginning of September. I loathe the summer.
I think that the NeoPound will not open up. I just don’t why.
