Earth Faerie Aces Guide by Jo_Grant

Earth Faerie Aces is one of the really cool games on Neopets. It is sort of a combination of the classic Asteroids and Lunar Lander arcade games. You get to pilot your little ship around various masonry, pick up food pellets with your tractor beam, feed them to flowers, and redock to score points. The higher the level the more they place the masonry in difficult places.

The first step is learning to move your ship around. Gravity always drags you down, so most of the time you are going to be mostly thrusting up, just to keep in place. The best thing I’ve found is to concentrate mainly on either moving vertically or moving horizontally. Vertical is easy; you have to be pointing up anyway. So you just either thrust a bit more or a bit less. For horizontal it is best to cock the ship one or two notches to the side and let it gently slide you to one side as you maintain your vertical position.

At certain levels (stages of growth and experience), your pet will gain certain powers. These range from the ability to hide to shooting fireballs or flying! Every couple of levels your pet will gain new abilities. This page allows you to view and activate these special powers!

Draw a Male Faerie Competition!

Why are there no male faeries in Neopia?! I’m sure they’d also look… cool… too! Starting August 10 2006 and ending September 10 2006 (running for one month), PPT is running an art competition for all you artists out there to conceptualize and come up with your own versions of how you think a male faerie in Neopia would look like!

What is the challenge?

The challenge is to draw what you think a male faerie in Neopia would look like.

Does it have to be a certain type of faerie?

The faerie can be fire, water, earth, air, light, tooth, space, the faerie king, whatever it is you want. The only condition is that there must be an existing female counter-part on Neopets currently.

Faerie Caves Solutions – Air Faerie Cave

From the start of the level, push the boulder over the edge and go down, press “p” to pop the balloon to your right. Collect the key and torch then go back to where you popped the balloon and light the TNT on your left. Go left, 1 down then push the boulder all the way left, now go back to where a balloon is under a crumble wall. go down 1, up and right quickly, then push the balloon all the way right, over the sense pad.

Go back where you found the balloon, go right 1, up 1, then right 2 and down to get the torch (do not go through the crumble wall). go back to where this section starts, and go down to light the TNT, then press down slowly until the balloon comes up to you, take it up and quickly turn right. Then push that balloon to the sense pad.
