Table of Enchantment Guide by dolphinling

INFO

The basic idea of this game is that you’re moving along on a table, and you have to try to avoid candlesticks.

The candlesticks come at you aligned so that they’ll always be in one of six columns. This is quite useful, since it means less work trying to avoid them.

There are two types of candlesticks, standing up and lying down. The standing up ones take up one column, and you can’t jump over them. The lying down ones take up 3 columns and you CAN jump over them.

Get the rose petals – they’re worth 1+(level) points, and if you get them all, you get a bonus 20x(1+level), or 40 for the first level, 60 for the next, 80, 100, 120, and so on.

If you jump over a fallen-down candlestick, you get 5 points.

Mirrors give you an extra life, and 5+(level) points.

You get one neopoint per game point, but there’s a maximum of 1000 np per send, or 3000 per day.

STRATEGY

For the early levels, stay at the front, so you can get things quicker. It goes slow enough that you should have enough warning of stuff coming. For the later levels, back up a bit, since the game goes faster.

You can only back up as fast as the table moves, so once you pass by a rose petal, it’s gone for good. If there’s more than one on the table, get the one closest to the bottom first.

Jumping over candlesticks is good if there’s no danger of getting hurt. If it’s out in the open, jump over it. If it’s surrounded by 12 others, don’t jump it.

Jumping over multiple candlesticks in the same jump SEEMS to only give you points for one, (ie. 5 points) but I can’t quite confirm this.
