Practice the game in small mode
Practice the game in Small mode (640×480). It makes the game harder, but it improves your skill rapidly. After 10-20 games try playing it again in Normal mode (800×600). You’ll probably find it much easier now to advance to the higher levels and achieve a better score. – epona666
The works of vat missed blobs
If a blob hits a robber, he will go away. If it hits a plushie, it will change the color of the plushie to the color of the blob. Neither gives waste. The only time waste will occur is if the blob misses everything entirely. – someorangegirlingreen
Blob those plushies
If you drop the blobs into the vats, you have neopets toys travel from the right hand of the screen to the left along a conveyor belt. If you’re feeling particularly cocky and sure of yourself, try dropping a blob onto one of these pets. As you may have discovered, if you drop a paint blob and miss the vat but hit a pet, that pet changes into whatever color the blob is, and no waste is added to your meter, no matter the size of the blob. However, this can be frustrating when you accidentally drop some yellow goo onto a rainbow Kau, so be careful!
To boost your points and work your way up to a high score, try dropping any extra angel blobs onto pets riding along the conveyor belt. If your aim is true, the pet (any species, any color) will have a halo over
its head, and be worth A LOT of points. For example, a red Scorchio (usually worth 3) is worth 24 when you give it a halo! This can really help rack the points up! Good luck, and happy gaming! – theneogoddess
Extra blobs for next levels
1. Just before the last miniature that is needed in a particular level goes through the production line (i.e. just before the level is complete), click on a blob to let it fall into it’s particular vat.
2. When the level is complete, and you get to the pop-up screen that says level complete, QUICKLY click PROCEED! (don’t bother to read the point breakdown, just click!).
3. If you time it just right, the next level, in the same vat you clicked the blob into, will be partially filled! (the amount will vary depending on how large the blob was originally!)
Conclusion: It has to be timed just right. If you hear the splash of the blob AFTER you click PROCEED! then you were successful! It could really come in handy in the later levels as you sit there waiting for that blob you need to come flying by!
Downside: If you are successful, but miss the vat, your waste meter will increase 🙁 – tubachef2002
I’m impressed, I must say. Really rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and without a doubt, you might have hit the nail about the head. Your idea is outstanding, the issue is something which inadequate individuals are speaking intelligently about. I am happy that I stumbled across this in my seek out something relating to this.
This can be a massive and a highly interesting email take a look at on this great blog. Very interesting site. Hope it will always be alive!
