Deckball Tricks by Timothy

Firstly when the ball comes into play, hold your ground. if the ball is a slow one, run forward a little then estimate when will the ball be directly in front of you then try to hit the ball straight into the goal. this is a very common yet effective method to score. and that would be 20 points(80NP) for you in the bag. If the ball is a fast one, hold your ground and then wait for the opponent to get to the ball. Sometimes the very stupid computer can hit the ball to its own net, that would be the ideal situation for you. However he is likely to hit the ball to the side. which means u have to defend your goal. Don’t keep pushing your opponent, just make sure u are in the way of the ball and the goal.

Secondly, powerups to me is a nono. All of them harm you. (Seriously) OK imagine, if u take the anchor, u would be too slow to do anything, and if you take the food, which many thinks it is a good thing, you would most probably go out of control and maybe score an own goal. this is especially disastrous in survival mode as one goal is what really matters.

Thirdly, it is a known fact that the opponents are cheaters! Notice their super speed at times that they can burst back to defend their goal when they were attacking just a second ago? You might grumble, but that is a fact and you can do nothing about it. But you can make his speed into your advantage. With good defending, he would surely make stupid mistakes that would cause a own goal. (He is a really stupid AI) and you would just be laughing at how stupid he is.

Lastly, patience is the key to creating a new high score. When you are 4-0 or 5-0 up one mistake might just cost u so be alert at all times. Also make use of everything that is useful, it may sound dumb but if u make use of the walls to bounce the ball in, goal scoring would be so much easier. Also, sometimes hitting the ball with the front part of the body might not be the best way to hit the ball. Using the sides could help you get the nice angle kick and it would be easier as the Pawkeet would be sliding here and there, therefore using the front will result in inaccurate shots.

Well, that’s all. So if if my tips work, be sure to neomail me and say thank you! Haha hopes this helps anyway. – Timothy
