What is a restock ban?

Restock bans occur when a user refreshes too many times in a shop. People who do this are commonly referred to as ‘restockers’. People who wait in shops to grab items quickly at every shop restock.

Why has this been put in place?
Due to the increasing population size in Neopia, this was put in place to give every user a chance to buy items. It began with random restocks, now it has evolved to restock bans.

I was refreshing some shop page when something got wrong, I couldn’t see shops, why?
You got a restock ban! If you refresh 5 times in 3 seconds you are banned on shops.

Other Faeries

As well as the Uber Faerie’s there are some other special Faeries that you may see flitting through Neopia. The latest ones to be spotted include the negg faerie, the space faerie and the attractive but dangerous battle faerie.

Who knows how many faeries really do exist. All that we neopians know is that when the need arises, they will appear to save our world and save the needy. During this era, 6 dangers has threatened the existence of the planet neopia, and 6 new faeries have revealed themselves to guard this beautiful planet. These faeries, are the guardians of neopia.

Most people know that treasure maps can be collected in Neopia either through completing the treasure hunt, buying them in auctions or shops or sea captions giving them to you. However, not many people know what they will receive for a complete treasure map, here is a list of items and things you will win if you complete the map!

Neopets Passwords

It all becomes apparant that when something happens to our Neopets accounts i.e. that it gets scammed and we end up losing our neopoints and possibly the items, that one of the possible reasons was that our passwords were too easy to guess.

Your Neopets password, like all passwords you use on the internet should be constructed so it cannot be randomly guessed by potentially scammers looking to break into your Neopets account.

There are times when scammers who gain entry to your account will attempt to break a Neopets rule or self-freeze the account so you cannot gain access back into it. Why lose all your neopets, your valuable items, your secret avatars and your trophies just because your Neopets password was an easy guess?
