Neopets at Hamleys (Page 2)

Blobbi_kid’s Visit to Hamleys

Having spent the night with two other neopets obsessed friends, we woke up bright and early (TOO bright and early) to get to Hamleys just as it opened. No such luck. We got there about fifteen minutes late, and already the store was packed. Whilst my friends father kept our place in the queue, I and my other friends spent a frenzied five minutes choosing our voice activated neopets, eventually deciding on a Red Shoyru, a Red Kougra and a Blue Kougra (mine!) quickly named Spud, Rory and Aramink respectively. Then we got in the queue and waited, and waited, and got very hassled by a guy in a Blue Lupe costume who liked one of my friends shoes, (they were fluorescent!) my other friends hair (plaits) and generally leaning on me for some reason. It took about two hours to get to the neopets artists, after having claimed free rare item codes and candy canes, running around Hamleys dementedly and listening to a guy yell “smelly goo! It makes balloons!” Where we had our favourite pets drawn.

Neopet Events: The Winner by youngking

The Ice Caves – Its November 1, 2002, and I just lived one of the best Halloweens ever. Now we have Thanksgiving to look forward to, where we can travel to the Mystery Island and share a Grakle-Stuffed Turkey with all of our Neofriends. But others are looking forward to an even further holiday, one where we share gifts to all our friends, and anticipating gifts in return. This time of the season is when the prices of items will be around its peak. Here are some tips to save you some Neopoints and not get overpriced for underused items.

1) Buy now. Dont wait until December 24 to buy all of your Christmas presents, because thats the EXACT day when all the prices will be at their peak. Buy in advance. If you can (too late now), you could buy items in March/April, where prices are not that high because there are no good holidays there. But, since its already November, you should buy now.

Slushie Slinger Guide by Lucky_best

The objective of this game is to serve the customers which ever slushie they ask for. They have three choices to choose from: green, pink, and blue/grey (ordered from top to bottom of screen). You move the waitress with the arrow keys and you get the slushie cups filled (also to give the cup to the customer) by using the space bar.

So when you start the game, you’ll find the that there are three, long stone counters in a row, each one has a slushie machine in at the end of it. The waitress, you, will be at the top counter, looking away from the slushie machine. Customers will pop up at the way left of the screen and you’ll find a bubble next to their heads that has an image of which slushie they wish to have. Use the up and down arrow key to stand in front of the machine and then use the right arrow key to face it pressing the space bar to get that flavor in a cup. When its filled turn around and move to stand in front of the correct counter and press space bar again for it to slide down towards the customer.
