Welcome Neopia fans! Whether you’ve been around here since before Kreludor or have just discovered this enchanting little world, you must have gotten lost at least once. Now, I’m not about to give you directions to every single little store in the world, but, just for today, I’ll give you a tour!
We start our tour viewing all of Neopia in all of its beauty. What normally strikes the eye first is Faerieland, so there is where we shall start. Faerieland consists of two main screens: the outer city, and Faerie city. Some key places to note are the Healing springs, helpful should your neopets ever become sick or injured, and the Wheel of Excitement. While you can only spin the wheel once every two hours, the rewards are well worth it. Moving on now! In Faerie city itself you will find games shops, the Faerie Quest hut and the Employment Agency. Quests are given randomly, not requested and if you do manage to get a job at the Agency, then bravo to you.
Next! Let’s go, got the whole world to see! North is the cozy little kingdom of Meridell. Stop in if you like games ranging from easy to hard, shopping for some very cute petpets, or just simple enjoying learning the history of a place. Here you will find the faerie Illusen, the Grumpy Old King, the Wheel of Wisdom and all the potatoes you can count.
Just west of the kingdom is a very, very small island called Roo Island! This is an excellent place to set up a home for the little neopets. And what’s an island home without a few games to play? Another place where you may purchase and build a home is in Maraqua. This ancient sunken city is quite a sight to behold. You didn’t hear it from me but fishing is exceptionally well in the old ruins.
Two very famous places to visit is Tyrannia and Terror Mountain. Tyrannia is just jam packed to the brim with ancient civilization and all that it once offered its citizens. It is also home to the Giant Omelette, an excellent source of calcium and food should your account be low on neopoints. Terror mountain is quite a contrast in comparison. Candy canes and bright cheery neopets have invaded the snow filled land and set up shop or game where ever there was space. Head to the Ice caves for some good treasure finding, and don’t forget to check out the toy repair shop on top of the mountain. They fix toys the fastest and at such an affordable price too!
Now ends the first half of our tour. I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed by what I’ve shown you of Neopia so far. The next half of the tour will begin again tomorrow. Should you need accommodations for the night, might I suggest you check out the Neolodge in Neopia Central just west of Roo Island. Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance with excellent deals. While you are enjoying your stay, play some games. Games are the best way to gain neopoints! The games usually give you three times to play for points and are extremely entertaining. If ever you get stuck, just breath real deep and concentrate on what you are to be doing. If that doesn’t work, there is always www.pinkpt.com. Under Neopets Online go to game related and you can find hints, guides and cheats to about every game in all of Neopia. While there are just some games that take luck, this website helps you with all others that don’t.
Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all back here tomorrow to pick up where we just left off. Remember, if you have any questions, you can ask me, Weechee the Kacheek, by simply emailing me at pixieheart22@hotmail.com. See you tomorrow. Oh, and bring some scuba gear, we’ll be going underwater! – pixieheart22
