These are some hints ‘n tips for all you neopians!
1. ALWAYS check the URL of the login page BEFORE you login. e.g. On the trades someone could write ‘Come to my shop! Faeries and codestones 1K’
and right before you come to there shop they will have a login sheet. LOOK AT THE URL BEFORE YOU LOGIN, IT COULD BE A SCAM!!
2. Save your money in the bank (some people prefer to invest in the stock market though), and don’t take it out unless you REALLY need it. e.g. Someone neomails you about a really cool stamp. The neomail says, I’ll give you this stamp for the discounted price of 22,000 nps! It’s the lowest on the shopwiz, I checked.’ Well, the first thing that might cross your mind would be to buy it, then sell it for a higher price. On the other hand, who would want to buy the stamp?
3. You should really only play the games you like, so you would therefore, be better at them, and win more nps.
4. This isn’t a MUST, but it would look nice on your user lookup to have trophies. Something you (or your pet) can be proud of. And sometimes you get neopoints to.
5. Take care of your neopets. If you hate them, why not put them in the neolodge?
6. Relax. If your all stressed out about how much money you have, and how popular you are, chances are good that your not going to be very good to your pets, or be very good at everything else. Remember, neopets is only a game.
7. This is in A LOT of guides, but don’t forget to do these things everyday-

Scratchcard Kiosk (every 2 hours)
Healing Springs (every 30-45 min.)
Buried Treasure (once to every 3 hours)

Empty you shop till

Restock YOUR shop
If you do this everyday, you will go far.
8. EXTRA TIP- this isn’t a MUST either, but sometimes I don’t do the earth faerie quests unless my pets are dying with hunger. She just gives them a feast, I think that is a rip off.
9. Always check neopets main page for the time, latest news etc and don’t forget to check out the Neopian Times!
