Time Tunnel Guide by kn5290

The point of the game is to figure out what colored stones are present in the code and in what order. To help you do this, you have four lights. A green light means you have a color which is present in the code in the position it is present in the code. An orange light means that the color is present in the code but is in the wrong position. The order of the lights or the position of the lights DO NOT GIVE THE POSITION OF THE STONES THEY REFER TO.

As soon as the game loads click submit to submit a combination of all grey stones.

You should get either all white lights or one, two, three or four green lights. Keep a number of stones grey equal to the number of green lights. For example, if there are 2 green lights keep two stones (its best to start with the first two stones) grey and change the others to the next color (black). If there are no green lights, there are no grey stones. So change all the stones to the next color (black). Then submit the combination.

If you get the same number of white lights, then there are no black stones. If there is one, two or three more orange or green lights, then the number by which the number of colored (orange or green) lights has increased gives the number of black stones in the code. Repeat this till you get all four lights as non-white. Then rearrange the stones to get the final code.

Rearranging:

Dont just try random arrangements. Try to fix the position of each colored stone one by one. Compare the previous results to find what is common. It helps you figure out where youre making a mistake or what youve got right so far – kn5290
