Lenny Conundrum is a quiz and puzzle game which began on March 23, 2002, and is provided by the Conundrum Lenny. A new conundrum is usually released every Wednesday with a few exceptions. It may be linked to a different game called Lenny Trivia, whose first recorded mention was on January 13, 2000.
How to play[edit]
Users are provided with a new puzzle to solve in each round, which usually involve mathematics or complex thinking. All users who answers correctly are given a split of a 4 million Neopoint pool, and if they are the first 250 the answer correctly, they are rewarded a rare item and an avatar.
Scoring[edit]
At first, a prize was given to the first 1,000 people who answered the puzzle correctly. This was later changed to the first 500 users with correct answers with an additional trophy given out where the top ten would receive a Champion!! trophy. Eventually, it was changed to the way the Lenny Conundrum puzzles currently run where all correct answers would get a share of a 2 million Neopoint prize pool, and the first 250 users to submit a correct answer would win the Lenny Conundrum avatar, a rare item, and a trophy.
Level of trophy is currently determined by how quickly you answer: The first 10? winners get a First Place trophy, the next 100? winners get a Second Place trophy, and the rest get a Third Place trophy. Only First Place trophies count towards the high score table, although if you have previously won at least one Second or Third Place trophy, it will count as two when you win your first First Place trophy.
Types of Puzzles[edit]
The puzzles given out for the Lenny Conundrum contest varies greatly. Here are different kinds of puzzles commonly used and examples of each of them :
- Regular Math Problems - Round 23, 91, 223
- Neopian Knowledge - Round 3, 71, 105
- Patterns/Sequences - Round 100, 203, 219
- Logic - Round 7, 31, 161
- Guessing - Round 27, 201, 210
