Terror Mountain is the snow and ice world of Neopia. Terror Mountain is made of three maps, first of which is Happy Valley, a snowy hamlet at the foot of the mountain with shops and games for users to play. Next is the Ice Caves where users can visit The Snowager or buy a scratchcard with Neopoints. Last is Terror Mountain itself where some shops and games like Cliffhanger are available.

Happy Valley
"Welcome to Happy Valley. This is a merry little land where Bruces and Blumaroos can be found frolicking in the snow. Be sure to try some of the delicious Slushies, they are just the thing for a cold Winter's day:)" Happy Valley will be the first world you see when you enter Terror Mountain. The shops located in Happy Valley are: "Wintery Petpets", "Slushie Shop", "Merry Outfits" and the "Ice cream cart". There are several games like "Rink Runner", and Snow wars I and II. Ice Caves
Deep within a glacier in Northern Neopia, the Ice Caves have lain undisturbed for thousands of years. Recently, however, it's been opened up to the public, and is becoming more and more of a tourist attraction by the day!
One of the battledome sites, the Ice Battledome is located in the Ice Caves, as is the infamous Snowager. There is a neggery, an ice crystal shop, and a scratch card kiosk located here as well.

- The Ice Caves used to only be accessible with the use of an ice totem, which wa gained by signing up with a sponsored advertisement.
