Negg-Gazer

The Negg-Gazer was an NC Mall tie-in with the 2014 Festival of Neggs. During each day of the festival, users could find a special Crystal Negg hidden in the same land as that day's patterned Negg. Like the patterned Negg, the land that the Crystal Negg was hidden in was the same for everyone, but the exact location of the Crystal Negg within that land was different for each user. After finding a Crystal Negg, users could take it to a Blue Chia fortune teller known as the Negg-Gazer and pay him one Sparkling Negg Dust to open it. After opening a Crystal Negg, the user was rewarded with an exclusive wearable NC item. Users needed one Sparkling Negg Dust for each Crystal Negg that they wished to open:
