A Pirate Eyrie, Krawk, and Meerca

Pirate is one is is one of the many colours that users can paint their Neopets and Petpets. The Pirate colour is closely associated with Krawk Island. Pirate pets have bluish-grey skin/fur (and sometimes a tattoo) and are dressed in pirate clothing.

The Pirate colour for Neopets was released May 28, 2002. Users can change the colour of their Neopets to Pirate by using a Pirate Paint Brush item at the Rainbow Pool. Users also have the choice of changing their Neopet's colour to Pirate when they complete a Fountain Faerie Quest. Lastly, a Neopet's colour can be changed to Pirate by using an appropriate Morphing Potion.

The Pirate colour for Petpets was released on January 15, 2004 . Petpets can be painted Pirate by using the Pirate Petpet Paint Brush item at the Petpet Puddle.
