Faerie Cloud Racers Guide by Shoyru_Lover

Faerie Cloud racers is a similar game to that of Crayons (which can be found on most computers) 🙂 The basic aim of the game is to either outlast your opponent, or trap them in a cocoon so that they crash into the walls they create. The game concept is very similar to Meerca Chase, except your tail does not move and is permanent until you move onto the next challenger. Think of them as walls 🙂

Essentially, your main directions are either up, down, left or right. Using these keys to your advantage will determine if you lose or win. Of course, the higher the levels you proceed, the higher your score will be at the end. There are many strategies to playing this game but I will only highlight the more common ones here.

Strategy 1:

The ‘space efficient’ strategy. Risks involve miss pressing the keys and thus, having your plan backfire upon yourself. This strategy is best employed when you are not over-excited. What this involves is using your space efficiently (duh!) to outlast your opponent, therefore, winning you the match. To do this, square off your half of the screen and from there, moves from the left of the screen, to the right of the screen and back and forth.

You are the blue racer. Keep moving line by line down and you should win in no time.

Strategy 2:

The second strategy is by far the most successful but very difficult to achieve. You have to create a barrier one line width from the edges. Once your opponent enters the narrow line between your wall and edge, you block your opponent off making him/her crash.

Notice the blue player, how it creates a narrow path for the red player to drive into. Once the red player does, all the blue player needs to do is block off the path to win.

There are many strategies to playing this game. Of course, these strategies can both be used together. Just take care when using strategy 1 that you don’t turn too early or too late. For the most part, the opponent wastes a lot of space so you cannot go wrong if you use strategy 1 perfectly. Also be careful at the start when dividing the screen into two sides as you are prone to crashing into your opponent.

Here you do not know whether or not your red opponent will go up or down, so be careful.

If you do plan to use strategy one, I would recommend choosing Floud because he’s controlling is easier compared to the other characters. His turns are much tighter.

Pick Floud as his/her turns are much tighter compared to the others.

With all that said, you should be a champion in no time 🙂 Happy playing and don’t forget, if you want to submit any strategies or tips to this game, please! – Shoyru_Lover
