Terror Mountain is the snow and ice world of Neopia. Terror Mountain is made of three maps, first of which is Happy Valley, a snowy hamlet at the foot of the mountain with shops and games for users to play. Next is the Ice Caves where users can visit The Snowager or buy a scratchcard with Neopoints. Last is Terror Mountain itself where some shops and games like Cliffhanger are available.

NeoQuest II
This is the second world found in NeoQuest II. There are three bosses, the Leximp, Kolvars, and Scuzzy. Defeat Scuzzy to release the Snowager overseer program and clear the data routes.

- The Ice Caves used to only be accessible with the use of an ice totem, which wa gained by signing up with a sponsored advertisment.
