Weltrude

Weltrude is a Cloud Bruce and is the head of the Petpet Protection League. She was first introduced during the grand opening of Petpet Park on August 28, 2008. Weltrude is portrayed as being kind and motherly, though she can be very serious when it comes to the safety and welfare of Petpets. She owns a toy chest which users are allowed to pick a prize from daily.

Plot summary

During the Petpet Park mini-plot, Weltrude, under the code name "Mother Bruce", led a team of special agents whose mission was to retrieve petpets from various portals that appeared around Neopia.
