Recommended Games for Easy Neopoints

Everyone who has an account at Neopets wants all the neopoints they can get their hands on. The easiest way (as you've probably heard already) is to play games. Whether you play them because they're really fun and/or addictive, or you play just for the neopoints, it doesn't matter. The bottom line, there's games for everyone, you can always find at least a few games you're really good at or you really enjoy. It's not hard at all especially now that they have increased the number of times you can play all the games to 5 rather than 3.

I have included a list and short description of games I recommend playing for easy neopoints.

1. Hassee Bounce
At first you may suck at it, (I did) but once you get the hang of it and the timing right, you can make a lot of money playing this game. The scoring system for this game is very good as well, 300 NP for every 100 scored is pretty good I must say.

If you need more time while playing this game as it's tricky to continue spelling HASSEE for more time, you can type in "doughnutfruit" to reset the clock. It's like playing 2 games in one shot and therefore giving you twice as many points.

Just make sure you have a bit of time left to type it in. Note: this only works once per game.

2. Ice Cream Machine
This game is very addicting and very easy. Just avoid the ice cream scoops until you have avoided enough to advance to the next level. Every level gets a little faster and they increase the number of scoops needed by 25 every round. (round 1: 25 scoops, round 2: 50 scoops, etc. etc.)

I usually stay in the middle, nearer to the top, but not to high because if you move right to the top I've noticed that my cursor would slip off the game page and I wouldn't notice so when I went to move, it wouldn't go, therefore causing me to lose a life.

Once you play for a while you'll notice you can get a score of AT LEAST 6000+ per game, meaning you get at least 600 neopoints per game!! If you play the entire 5 times, that's at least 3000 NP you just bagged!!
 
You'll soon learn which rounds give you the most trouble, and if you get up to that round and think you'll need another life to beat it (since you can't be sure there will be a free life power up available right away), before clicking to move on to the next round, type in "strawberryvanillachocolate" and you're lives will increase by one. Again, like most secret codes, this only works once, so use it when you absolutely need it.

Power ups/bonuses Available - Description
Shrinking ability - Purple Chia
Very helpful for moving around in places where a bunch of scoops are coming at you.

Enlarging ability - Blue Chia
You DO NOT want this, the name says it all. It's a death wish. The smaller, the better.

Free life - Pink heart
Pretty obvious, get as many of these as possible, though, don't go out of your way to get them, it's pretty pointless to go for the free life and get hit on the way. Go if you're sure you can make it, or if you're desperate, that way you have nothing to lose.

Cherry - Yellow and red cherry
Gives you 100 extra points. Again, don't go out of your way to get it, they're always around.

Fish - Blue fish
gives you 250 extra points. Same goes for this as the 2 above do.

Slow down - Red minus (-) sign
I find these helpful for the higher levels, some of them are crazy fast, if you can grab one of these, it might help you out a bit.

Speed up - Green plus (+) sign
I don't use these, occasionally I'll use them for the lower levels (strawberry-chocolate) if I get tired of them going so slow. I mostly avoid them if I can help it.

Shield - grey shield
these are helpful for the higher levels, it protects you from scoops for a few seconds, and in the higher levels, a few seconds means A LOT of scoops. But be careful, the shield around you will turn to red when it's wearing off so be sure to move out of the way of packs of scoops when this happens.

I've heard there were a few others that come out in the higher levels but I've yet to spot any, although I've never been on the very last level yet.

3. Meerca Chase II
Speeds:
Easy: Great for beginners to learn and get the feel for it

Medium: My favorite, it's the perfect speed and the neggs are worth more than they were in easy mode.

Hard: Very fast, but once you get the hang of it, you may enjoy it for getting a lot of points quicker since the neggs are worth even more than they were in medium!

They are different modes you can play also.
I only play classic, it's easier and the point value doesn't change with any mode you play, the points only differ in the different speeds and certain secret modes that I'll mention later.

Classic: You all know this one.

Maze: There's hedges all around that you can't hit, as well as the outer walls, red neggs, and your tail. The only thing I notice with this one is that there seems to be less red neggs popping up. Not completely sure, just what I've noticed.

Freestyle: Instead of the regular right angle turns, you can move around in circles now. I could never get the hang of it and I was constantly running into my tail.
But try all the different speeds and modes and figure out which you like best and what works for you.

There are also secret modes available.
rather than clicking on say "classic and medium". type in, "superextrahypergravitymode" and you'll unlock a secret level. It's very hard, but the point value is amazing. You have to stay away from the hole in the middle or you'll be sucked in. It's hard to get a lot of points in this mode, but if you master it, you'll be very rich, very fast.

Or, you can type in "ferociousneggsareontheloose"
The point value in this mode doesn't increase, but instead of having little red neggs blocking your way, they run around the screen. In some ways it's better, you know what it's like to have a negg practically stuck to a red one, they're very tricky to get, this way, you can avoid the ferocious neggs until the negg you want is clear and then go for it.

As I've said before, just experiment with the speeds, modes, even screen size until you find what suits you best, and then start playing for real and watch the NPs rack up!

4. PetPet Sitter and Extreme Herder
These games are relatively easy, a bit annoying, but easy. They're simple to figure out, just read the instructions and away you go. I'm not particularily fond of these games, but they're easy and give you a fair amount of NPs.

5. Rink Runner
I HATE this game. But, you get a lot of NPs playing it, and some of you may even like it and/or be really good at it. If this is the case, you'll be makin' some big money playing this game.

Just click your mouse so you'll glide over the ice and hopefully, bump into some music notes, the less moves you make, and the more notes you get, the better. Also, be careful of holes in the ice, you'll die it you step on one. Avoid the flats and sharps, they're no good.

6. Potato Counter
Pretty self explanatory. Also pretty boring, but it's a good way to get a few quick NPs

7. Kacheek Seek
Same as Potato Counter, but you play for free and you can play every level as much as you want, you can guess as many times as needed and never die. You don't get many neopoints playing this game, but if you play all the levels, it adds up.

8. Defender Trainer
Once you play a few times and start to easily recognize the neopets/petpets/various items, you'll become very good at this game. I usually play the medium difficulty. I started out on easy to get used to it and get used to the names of everything. I find this better because there's only four things to choose from, so it's easier to remember all the name. Sometimes I'll play the hard difficulty because the point value increases, therefore giving me an extra life quicker (every 200 points you get an extra life, when you run out of time for a certain question or answer it wrong, you lose a life).

Try and remember which has the most and least letters, and try to remember the basic spelling, or at least what letters are in the name, you'll need to know these for levels that ask the anagrams of certain things, and which thing has which letters, and so on and so forth. Practice practice practice. You'll be a master at this game in no time.

These are the games that I play most often and I find if you play them all the maximum number of times a day, you'll be rich in no time. There's also the games you like besides the ones I've recommended, so add all that up and you'll make a lot of NPs.

Just hunt around and you'll find other additional ways of earning NPs.

Don't forget that sometimes out of the blue, you find money on the floor and stuff like that.

You can also start your own shop. I won't get into that, there's a lot of helpful guides on this website that give you information on running a successful shop.
