The Pepito is species of fish-like Petpet. Pepitos are quite intelligent and can be trained to perform tricks for small pieces of food.

Boris[edit]
During the time of Old Maraqua, there was species of Petpet known as the Boris. Shortly after the destruction of Maraqua, all of these Boris Petpets were converted into Pepitos. Petpets that were attached to a Neopet during this conversion were not effected by the change. This means that there are still a few users that have a Boris attached to one of their Neopets. Whenever one of these remaining Boris Petpets is removed from its Neopet, it is immediately converted into a Pepito.
