Grundo Warehouse

The Grundo Warehouse is a warehouse located on the Supply Deck of the Virtupets Space Station. Here, users may redeem Rare Item Codes from real-world merchandise or certain lucky Neocash Mystery Capsules for in-game items.

Most Rare Item Codes are unique to an individual product and may only be redeemed once - the first merchandise Rare Item Code a user redeems earns them the Space Faerie as a 1-player challenger.

Some Rare Item Codes are promotional, released by The Neopets Team instead of being associated with a product, and can be redeemed once by each user. Promotional codes do not earn the user the Space Faerie as a challenger, and typically expire eventually.
