Commander Valka is a Green Ixi and the leader of the Resistance on board the Space Station. He has agents scattered everywhere, and will not rest until Dr. Sloth's plans are foiled.
Plot summary[edit]
The Return of Dr. Sloth[edit]

Commander Valka lead the Resistance during Dr. Sloth's take-over of the Space Station. When Gorix rescued Cylara by mistake, he was persuaded to let her help them rescue the Scout.
With the Scout's intelligence report recovered, Commander Valka and the Resistance discovered Dr. Sloth's scheme to use Kreludite from the Kreludor mines to mutate Neopia. He sent Gorix and Cylara to end the in-fighting between the Kreludan Grundos.
