The Pocket Neopet was a hand held electronic game produced by Tiger Electronics. Similar to Tamagotchi, people play with, feed and care for their Neopet on a daily basis while carrying it around in their pocket. Each Pocket Neopet came with a 3D figure and collectable card of the featured Neopet in the Pocket Neopet.

Overview

Each Pocket Neopet featured a single Neopet, along with a world of Neopia.

The Pocket Neopet also came in Deluxe form, featuring an expanded version of the original Pocket Neopet.

Trivia

  • A sneak preview of the Pocket Neopet was given on January 27, 2003.
  • Mentioned in Neopets Magazine #1 along with other real life products such as plushies, voice activated Neopets and the Neopets TCG.
  • On the release of the Pocket Neopets, users could acquire the Pocket Neopet in item form on Neopets itself. The items have since been changed however, similar to Pokémon which were turned to Year 3 Usuki posters.
