Rosie is a generous Grarrl who loves springtime, dancing, and most of all, sharing.
Assuming the role of a "Southern Belle", Rosie strives to be both fair and kind to those who have the pleasure of meeting her, even if they believe her to be a stereotypical Grarrl.
During April 2009, she ran a Neggtacular Giveaway, during which she gave out spring themed prizes.

Neggtacular Giveaway

In the spring of Year 11, Rosie held a "Neggtacular Giveway", in which she passed along her various possessions to other Neopians on a daily basis.
As this event was eventually succeeded by the Festival of Neggs, Rosie has yet to hold another giveaway.
Trivia
- On December 13, 2009, Rosie was featured in an Advent Calendar animation. In this animation, Rosie dances for King Skarl, who is not amused by her antics. The Advent Calendar gave out a Dancing Rosie Doll on this day.
