Rosie is a generous Green Grarrl who loves springtime, dancing, and most of all, sharing. In April 2009, she gave away spring themed prizes as part of the Neggtacular Giveaway.

- On December 13, 2009, Rosie was featured in an Advent Calendar animation. In this animation, Rosie dances for King Skarl, who is not amused by her antics. The Advent Calendar gave out a Dancing Rosie Doll on this day.
- Rosie resembles the Southern belle archetype.
