In NeoQuest II, Happy Valley is a town there there are a lot of NPCs. Quests include: Talk to Jualie first, then the lost kid (Niacha), then return to Jualie, and only then buy anything.
NPCs[edit]
- Jualie: An Aisha concerned about her missing son Niacha.
- Niacha: The Korbat son of Jualie who was playing hide-and-seek and hid into a forest, so everyone thought he ran away.
- Candar: A human appearance former paladin. No information is given whether or not he is a human or a Neopet, or where did he originate.
- Hausaun: A Buzz who likes the cold weather.
- Etigand: A Korbat who enjoys watching Fentasa skate, but he himself is too clumsy to skate.
- Fentasa: A Usul who enjoys skating.
- Jemico: Koli's Kyrii father.
- Panari: Koli's Lenny mother.
- Koli: Niacha's Kacheek friend concerned about his disappearance.
- Madys: A Bori who brags about her husband Vanne's potion shop.
- Vanne: The Grarrl potion merchant who sells all types of potions.
- Tinoryl: The Kougra inn-keeper. A room costs 300 gold but after finding Niacha, it only costs 225 gold.
- Eviexa: A Usul who complains about the inability to go skiing because of the monsters.
- Zarisav: A Tonu who talks about the Snowager.
- Henago: Zarisav's Gelert brother. They enjoy hanging around in Tinoryl's inn.
- Bradro: A Techo who visited Terror Mountain to go shopping but all the shops are closed now.
- Dembrind: A Techo who came to Terror Mountain to visit but regrets the decision because of the situation.
- Arisso: The Bruce weapons merchant.
- Utolok: The Chomby armour merchant.
