Mutant is a colour a Neopet takes on by drinking a Transmogrification Potion or visiting the Lab Ray. Made famous as the trademark of Dr. Frank Sloth, who wishes to make all Neopets his slaves. Besides the Transmogrification Potion turning Neopets Mutant, a Mutant Petpet Paint Brush exists, which can turn Petpets Mutant.
