A codex of some of the less friendly denizens of Neopia, also known as Villains. Info on most villains and monsters throughout Neopia is documented in this book's pages. However, not all evil creatures have been documented, and new ones are always being added.

As of 1 June 2006, the members of the Gallery of Evil were:
Creatures such as the Monoceraptor and Swamp Ghoul have been taken out of their places, and replaced with newer villains. Whether they will be added again has not been shared by TNT.
