There are rumors of a fourth mini-world but after diligent study (and under the threat of Six using his freeze ray on our accounts) all researchers for NEODEX have come to the unanimous conclusion that Jelly World is a myth and anyone traveling to http://www.neopets.com/jelly/ is just seeing a strange hallucination.
