This makes Transmogrification Potions for rare species in even greater demand, as they are typically cheaper than normal Morphing Potions for these Neopets.

History

Kauvara receiving the first Transmogrification Potions.

Transmogrification Potions first emerged on 5th February 2001 being sold by Kauvara, who had received them from Dr. Sloth in disguise. Thinking they were innocent concoctions, she put them for sale in her Magic Shop, until she discovered their horrifying results.

Since then, Transmogrification Potions only enter circulation when they are given to users via Random Events. This factor, coupled with the appeal in many circles of the Mutant colour, makes Transmogrification Potions very expensive.

List of Mutant Neopets

There are forty-two species of Neopet that have mutant forms so far, and for each one of these a Transmogrification Potion exists. They are, in alphabetical order:

Unreleased Transmogrification Potions

While there may be plans to release further Transmogrification Potions, no unreleased potions have yet been found.
