Rosie is a generous Grarrl who loves springtime, dancing, and most of all, sharing.
Assuming the role of a "Southern Belle", Rosie strives to be both fair and kind to those who have the pleasure of meeting her, even if they believe her to be a stereotypical Grarrl.
During April 2009, she ran a Neggtacular Giveaway, during which she gave out spring themed prizes.
