More information on the games and items |
The Pocket Neopet was a hand held electronic game produced by Tiger Electronics. Similar to the Tamagotchi, the Game Boy Advance SP, and the Nintendo DS, people play with, feed and care for their Neopet on a daily basis while carrying it around in their pocket. Each Pocket Neopet came with a 3D figure and collectable card of the featured Neopet in the Pocket Neopet.
Overview
Each Pocket Neopet featured a single Neopet, along with a world of Neopia.
- Aisha - Lost Desert
- Grundo - Virtupets Space Station
- Kacheek - Haunted Woods
- Kougra - Mystery Island
- Krawk - Krawk Island
- Tonu - Tyrannia
The Pocket Neopet also came in Deluxe form, featuring an expanded version of the original Pocket Neopet.

Techo Says
This is basically Simon, or mimicking the pattern shown. The game will start by flashing two arrows, corresponding to the directional pad, which the player must copy; e.g., left, down. If the player is successful, the pattern will repeat but add another arrow to the end of the pattern; e.g., left, down, left. This continues until the player either fails to copy the pattern or successfully copies a pattern of eleven arrows.
NP awards are paid a maximum of three times per day, based on the length of the pattern successfully copied, for a maximum of 100 NP for an eleven-arrow sequence. A cumulative score of 900 points in a level is required to advance to the next level. Completing Level 3 awards a 1st place trophy.

Trivia
- A sneak preview of the Pocket Neopet was given on January 27, 2003.
- Mentioned in Neopets Magazine #1 along with other real life products such as plushies, voice activated Neopets and the Neopets TCG.
- On the release of the Pocket Neopets, users could acquire the Pocket Neopet in item form on Neopets itself. The items have since been changed however, similar to Pokémon which were turned to Year 3 Usuki posters.
