Tyrannian Concert Hall

The Tyrannian Concert Hall, a Stonehenge-like construction, is located on the Plateau in Tyrannia, where it hosts the performances of Neopia's bands. It opened its doors on (need date). The Concert Hall has been estimated to have a capacity of over ten thousand spectators. To enter the Concert Hall, one requires a ticket in order to pass the doorman Grafney from Mynci and Sons Event Security, Inc..

The Tyrannian Concert Hall currently offers performances of fifteen different bands. Each band has one or more standard day(s) to perform on. When a new band is added, a performance day is taken from another band and given to the new band. The bands' animations were updated on (need date).

Ticket Booth

The Ticket Booth, located next to the Concert Hall, is responsible for selling the tickets to the daily band, which is booked by the Booth's owner, Skalpo. Tickets always cost 1250 neopoints. While the tickets, being actual items, can be traded by users, the Ticket Booth monopolises these tickets entering the market, with the exception of the Jazzmosis Xmas Special Ticket, which was give out by the Advent Calendar in 2002.

This monopolisation results in sometimes extortionate prices, but tickets to the bands still become sold out quite early in the day. In addition to entitling the holder to see the band's performance that day, tickets are usable whenever the band is showing at the Hall. Users also get a random free souvenir of the band when they see them perform. Seeing certain bands perform also unlocks certain avatars.

The Bands

Band	Description	Dates of performances
	2 Gallon Hatz performed for the first time on (need date). It was the second band to perform in the Concert Hall. 2 Gallon Hatz, a reference to the ten-gallon cowboy hat, comes from Tyrannia and plays country music. The band consists out of a Blumaroo (guitar), a Poogle (harmonica), a Bruce (drums) and a Meerca (vocals).	9th 16th 23rd 30th
	The Blue Kacheek Group, an experimental rock band based on the Blue Man Group, performed for the first time on (need date). It was the first band to perform in the Concert Hall. The band, as the name implies, consists out of three blue Kacheeks.	7th 14th 21st 28th
	Chomby and the Fungus Balls performed their disco music for the first time on (need date). It was the fourth band to perform in the Concert Hall. Chomby and the Fungus Balls is composed out of the characters from the game of the same name. The group was announced to give a special seasonal concert on December 9, 2003, much like Jazzmosis a year earlier, but it was cancelled for reasons unknown. The ticket and souvenirs from this concert also were never released, though the Seasonal CATFB Mug was released as an Advent Calendar gift. An avatar, Groovy Chomby, featuring the band was released on March 23, 2004 in honour of (and a day later than) Chomby Day.	8th 15th 22nd 29th
	Hailing all the way from Kreludor, Gruundo (or Gründo - see Heavy Metal umlaut) came down to Neopia on May 21, 2004. It was the thirteenth band to perform at the Concert Hall. Gruundo consists of four Orange Grundos; three guitarists and a drummer.	25th
	Jazzmosis performed for the first time on August 8, 2001. It was the seventh band to perform at the Concert Hall. Jazzmosis consists out of six Grey Neopets: a Chia (vocals), a Grarrl (saxophone), a Nimmo (drum), a Kyrii (double bass), a Blumaroo (keyboard) and an Elephante ("trumpet"). They gave a one time-only seasonal concert from December 10, 2002, when the ticket for it was a gift from the Advent Calendar, till December 31. Oddly, two bandmembers, the Grarrl and the Elephante, didn't participate in the special. An avatar, Jazzmosis Elephante, featuring the band was released on January 17, 2005 in honour of Elephante Day.	13th 16th 20th 27th
	Jub Zambra and the Cobrall Charmers, a group combining the arts of dance, music and Cobrall charming, performed for the first time on March 24, 2006. It was the fourteenth band to perform at the Concert Hall. The group comes from the Lost Desert and is composed out of six members: Jub Zambra (Jubjub, flute), an Aisha (finger cymbals and dance), a Cobrall (dance), a Scorchio (?), a Lupe (?) and a Ruki (drums). An avatar, Jub Zambra, featuring the band was released on the day Jub Zambra and the Cobrall Charmers first performed. The avatar was temporarily unavailable starting the day after its release, as another band played on the day Jub Zambra was supposed to perform due to a glitch.	5th
	M*YNCI, a band based on 'N Sync (sometimes written as *NSYNC), performed for the first time on (need date). It was the fifth band to perform at the Concert Hall. The group, a boy band is completely comprised of Myncies, who combine their music with dance.	4th 11th 18th
	Playing a lively, traditional sea shanty on the deck of a ship, the Mellow Marauders had their first concert on September 14, 2006, Tyrannian Rock-Fest day. It was the fifteenth band to perform at the Concert Hall. The group is comprised of six pirates or pirate look-alikes, likely from either Krawk Island or Scurvy Island. The band members are: a Tonu (lute), an Ixi (shaker), a Nimmo (fiddle), a Lutari (drums), a Gelert (flute) and a Skeith (accordion).	14th
	A punk band comprised of three Moehogs (guitar, guitar synthesizer and drums) wearing mohawks, Moehawk first performed on August 7, 2002. It was the ninth band to perform at the Concert Hall.	31st
	Debuting on January 22, 2004, the Neopian Philharmonic brought classical music to Tyrannia. It was the eleventh band to perform at the Concert Hall. It is composed out of a Lenny (conducting), a Kyrii (trumpet), a Lupe (double bass), a Grarrl (flute), a Zafara (harp) and a Meerca (triangle).	2nd
	Sticks N' Stones, a band based on Guns N' Roses, performed for the first time on March 29, 2001. It was the third band to perform at the Concert Hall. The band members are Axle Roo (Blumaroo, vocals), Sludge (Nimmo, lead guitar), Gruff (Lupe, bass guitar) and Grizley (Grarrl, drums). An avatar, I Love My Rock, associated with the band was released on December 16, 2003.	10th 17th
	Straight from Mystery Island, The Hikalakas performed for the first time on April 23, 2004. It was the twelfth band to perform at the Concert Hall. The group consists of a Techo and Acara (playing steelpan drums) and a Wocky (shaker). While a ticket for their performances has been created and can be found in the image database, it has never been released. Instead, the The Hikalakas Bottles Of Sand item is used as "ticket".	24th
	The only all-girl band, Twisted Roses made their loud and angsty debut on November 14, 2003. It was the tenth band to perform at the Concert Hall. The members of the band are an Ixi (guitar), a Zafara (keyboard) and a Shoyru (vocals).	1st
	Wock Til You Drop, possibly named after Status Quo's CD Rock 'Til You Drop, performed for the first time on June 17, 2002. It was the eighth band to perform at the Concert Hall. The heavy metal band is composed out of three Wockies. One plays the guitar, one the drums and the third one seems to be frozen in ice.	3rd 5th
	Neopia's all Shoyru band, Yes Boy Ice Cream performed for the first time on April 3, 2001. It was the sixth band to perform at the Concert Hall. An avatar, Yes Boy Ice-Cream, featuring the band was released on April 3, 2006.	12th 19th 26th

Trivia

• M*YNCI and 2 Gallon Hatz used to have their own Neopedia articles, but they were replaced with a Sophie article and an Armin article respectively. Sticks N' Stones is currently the only band with an own article.
• September 14, 2006's theme was Tyrannian Rock-Fest.
• Behind the Grarrl doorman in the preloader, pictures of three different performances can be seen. One of the Neopian Philharmonic, one of Gruundo and one of Jazzmosis. Oddly, the Jazzmosis Grarrl visible on the picture seems to wearing a Santa hat, even though he was one of the two band members not present in the Xmas special.
