did neopets originally have a chat program? on February 18, 2000, the news says, "The chat program now has a block function". does this mean the forums/neoboards used to be called a chat program, or was there originally a chat board instead?--[[User:Jacob|Jacob]] 22:46, 22 May 2006 (CDT)

: News for 9/10 February 2002: "Another feature has been added to the message boards called 'QuickChat' - this means you can pop up a text box to chat with, try it, its fun!" My apologies to all who are wondering why this talk page's history is littered with garbage and vulgar material. This article has been targetted for spam, and because the article itself is protected, the talk page is getting the garbage in its steed.
