The Gallery of Evil is a codex which catolouges the villains and monsters of Neopia. Info on most villains and monsters throughout Neopia is documented in this book's pages. However, not all evil creatures have been documented, and new ones are always being added.

Creatures such as the Monoceraptor and Swamp Ghoul have been taken out of their places, and replaced with newer villains. Whether they will be added again has not been shared by The Neopets Team.
