Ellsworth is a Blue Elephante who has presented the Neopies awards since the second ceremony. He is always seen in a suit and bow tie, and has blonde hair. He is partial to Juppieswirl bonbons.

Although he first appeared in January 2010, he wasn't named until the Neopedia article on the awards was released on 12 January 2011.
