Like, my riddle was to look for a red rectangle door. Found that and the statue. At the bottom of the statue was the coffee cup..
Now, i recall seeing on of the scrolls being a "red" seal with the coffee cup...
I wonder... anyone got an answer for that or we haven't tried something that simple yet?

Only difference as far as we can see is your pet 'understands' a scroll instead of just reading it

In the forum notes, it says that the pet will now "understand" the scroll, but I don't think that is the case. Could someone confirm this? I've read the scroll three different times with the same result. I've tried it different ways and even tried re-visiting the statue. Any input would be helpful.Jetro wrote:Has anyone tried reading a scroll that matches the symbol found at the statue?

I have posted in some thread many moons ago in split 4 ... images of "reads" vs. understands. I have only gotten the "understands" message when reading the scroll with the same symbol as was under my faerie statue.
I will find the images and put them here. (I've put them here as links to images).
Reads:
READS
Understands:
UNDERSTANDS
Are you saying *NOW* when you read the statue scroll, it doesn't do anything? Remember, we are talking about the symbol *ON* the statue ... not the symbol above the door to your statue room.
