Ugga Shinies

Ugga Shinies is a shop located in the Tyrannian Jungle and run by a Tyrannian Kacheek named Hoka.

This shop sells wearables that, much like the backgrounds sold at Mystical Surroundings, are items such as trinkets and foregrounds which are not "worn" by the Neopet but rather surround them.
