Polka Dot is one of the many colours that users can paint their Neopets which, as the name suggests, will result in the pet being covered head to foot with small circular spots of many different colours.
Users can use a Polka Dot Paint Brush, the Lab Ray, or a Fountain Faerie Quest in order to change the colour of their Neopets to Polka Dot. Both the Polka Dot colour and Paint Brush were released on February 12, 2015.
