Neovision is a Neopets-themed video sharing service that allows users to upload videos about Neopia and its inhabitants. The service opened on May 12, 2007, prompted by the success of other, more general video sharing sites. It closed on October 15, 2009.
Normal contribution rules apply to all videos - users must not show their faces or to give out details about their lives, and all content must be the work of either the Neopets website or the user. Videos are not uploaded automatically, but reviewed first by staff after being sent in via an online form.
Neovision Holiday Contest: "Tricks, Not Treats"[edit]

On October 2, 2007, Neopets released a Neovision Halloween themed contest (the first of its kind). Using video cameras or an animation program, users were asked to create a funny movie focusing on the "trick" portion of "trick or treating". The rules were...
- Neopets, Petpets, and site characters could be used in the video,
- The video must be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes long (not including the credits).
- The credits should not be longer than the video, and 15 to 30 seconds sufficed.
- The video must comply with the basic Neovision submission rules.
Entries could be accepted beginning October 3 and ended at midnight on October 28. The winners were announced on Halloween, who each received a special trophy and a special item. First place winner would also receive 60K Neopoints, while second would receive 30K, and third place 15K.
