Mika and Carassa are a pair of Chias that live in an igloo that sits atop Terror Mountain. Mika is a Blue Chia, and Carassa is a Yellow Chia. Hoping to get rid of their vast collection of items and move to a warmer climate, the duo decided to start a garage sale on January 7, 2001. Unfortunately for them, their collection of items is so large that they are currently still in the process of selling all of their stuff.

Mika and Carassa and their quest to sell items are the subject of the game Igloo Garage Sale - The Game.
