Use:
Put the number of your cite in each of the below entries like so, once per cite:

Put it next to your cited sentence. The number should increase by one as the page progresses.

Next, put this at the bottom of your page, right above categories and external links (If any). This only has to be added once:

Then fill out the following form, once per cite:

numbera - Put the number of your cite here.
numberb - Put the number of your cite here.
numberc - Put the number of your cite here.
source - Place the name of your source (Eg, Wikipedia)
date - Put the date in which you created the cite
link - Put the url of source here
title - Put the title of the page here (Such as 'Welcome to Neopets!')
Place this directly below {{refheader}}. Do one per cite. The number should match the cited sentence. Each should be directly under each other, starting from 1.
