The notice board is the classified ads section of Neopia. Users may pay neopoints to have their neopets-related ad put up.
The more neopoints paid (with a maximum allowed of four million neopoints), the higher up in the listing the ad is placed. There are fifty pages on the Notice Board, displaying ten ads each, for a total of five hundred ads. Ads are listed from highest amount paid to lowest, and ads at the bottom of page fifty will be pushed entirely off the boards if higher-priced ads are placed. In any case, ads will only stay up for one week. Most users put up ads either for their Shop or their Guild.
