The notice board is the "Classified Ads" section of Neopia. You can pay neopoints to have your neopets-realed ad put up. The more neopoints you pay, the higher up your ad will be. Most people put up ads either for their Shop or for their Guild.

The notice board is located in Neopia Central.

Trivia

As of June, 2006, the top ads are paying 4,000,000 np.
