The Neopedia is the official 'on-site' neopets.com encyclopaedia. It is a compilation of articles and stories about the world of Neopia, its history, its people, and its items which officially opened on the 31st of December, 2000.
The Neodex is a fanmade encyclopaedia designed to 'fill in the blanks' the Neopedia misses and provide a wider resource. Often while browsing the Neodex, you will see external links to similar articles in the Neopedia.
