Faerie Bubbles is an action game released on 14th January 2004. It's gameplay is similar to the classic game Puzzle Bobble. The aim of the game is to clear all of the bubbles from the screen before they reach the bottom. There are 20 levels in total.

How to Play

Faerie Bubbles pop if you get three of the same type together, and it's up to you to clear each level by popping all of them. Use the left and right arrow keys to move the bubble cannon and press the space bar to fire. To reach difficult areas it is sometimes helpful to bounce the bubbles off the wall. The less moves you complete each level in, the higher your score will be.

If you get four or more bubbles of the same colour together you will set off a combo. The Dark, Earth, and Air combinations are considered to be the bad while the Fire and Water are considered good. The Light combo can be either good or bad depending on what colour it turns adjacent bubbles into.

The combinations are:

Water - This destroys all water bubbles no matter where they are on the screen.

Light - This changes all bubbles touching the combo to a single random colour.

Fire - This burns all non-water bubbles that touch the combo.

Air - This will fill the whole line of each bubble with random bubbles.

Earth - This makes a new line of bubbles appear at the top of the screen.

Dark - All the bubbles in the combo will turn to random colours except Nova and Rainbow.

There are two special types of bubbles in the game:

Nova - This destroys the bubbles two spots around where it lands.

Rainbow - This turns into the same colour as the bubble it touches first.

Just in case you didn't know - you can click the little X in the top left hand corner of the game board to get options such as turn music off and restart.

• Scoring 2000+ points earns you an avatar. Released February 13th, 2006.
• The following codes can be entered only once during play...
  • Type in stardust for a nova bubble.
  • Type in bubbles makes every bubble on the screen exactly the same.
  • Type in faerieland to get a rainbow bubble.
  • Type in slumberberry to get the black space bar away.
