The Kacheek is one of the many Neopet within Neopia. They are a shy species which live in the lush meadows. Fun loving, peaceful and very modest, they will avoid violence whenever possible and love to make new friends. They aren't the loudest or the strongest species around, but their calm outlook on life has helped many Kacheeks find fame and fortune.

- As of January 2007, 10.5 million Kacheeks have been created, placing them 3rd in popularity out of 54 Neopets. They are also featured in 130 different items and come in 36 different colours...

- The Kacheek was originally known as the Badeek, one of the original Neopets of the site. It appeared to wear dark glasses and a less cheerful expression than it does today.
- In the Neopets TCG, Kacheeks are associated with the element of Light.
